Your subscription will automatically be renewed every 12 months.
You can cancel your subscription before the year is up, but you will not be refunded in part nor full for your subscription.
Shopping Cart: Shipping and Refund Policy
Norfolk Online News will collect your name and email address at the time of purchasing your goods online.
We don't save your credit card details at any time – these are taken via our secure third party payment gateway.
Shipping of your order:
Once your order is received, we will dispatch your goods on the same day (if within business hours), or the following day. Your order will be delivered to you via Australia Post shipping, within 1-2 weeks.
Refund Policy:
If your goods are delivered faulty or don't match what you ordered, we will replace them at no cost to you or provide you with a full refund – you can decide. If you simply change your mind about your online order, we do not offer any refunds.
