Tuesday Night Ladies again played some great tennis, some good long matches played on all courts in the traditional doubles format. Well done to Toppy & Toni scoring maximum 18 points, Kyla scoring 17, Linda 16 points. Spot prizes this week went to Mareeva, Kirsty and Kyla scoring personal best scores; Emma, Marielle, Kerri, Storm & Kirsty all scoring at least 1 ace and Toni & Toppy winning all 3 sets. Halloween theme next week so start planning your goulish tennis outfit. Anyone interested in playing Tuesday night ladies call Jodie 50929 and as always we thank our sponsors BC Excavations, Reflections & the Sunset Bar.
Unfortunately the Wednesday Night Mens NI Gas competition was cancelled, this time due to the weather.
It was a ripper of a start to junior tennis last Saturday with over 60 kids signing up to learn new skills and have fun. It’s not too late to sign up this Saturday if you were unable to make it last weekend. Please be at the courts 9am for a 9.15am start. Enquiries to Emma 50106.
