Restoration works 000 Emergency response system underway

Norfolk Telecom continues to work on issues affecting 000-emergency response calling.

A specialist engineer is on-island and is working through a number of technical problems which have impacted the service. While the issues have been identified, resolving each of them to enable full service to be restored requires further configuration and testing.

Until further notice, in the event of an emergency please call the relevant number as shown below:

• Hospital / Ambulance - call 23333

• Police - call 22222

• Fire - call 22049
