Qantas okayed to continue Norfolk Island flights

Until March 2026, Australia's Qantas has been okayed to operate six B737 return flights between Norfolk Island and the Australian mainland - with three flights a week each from Sydney and Brisbane.

Sydney services will operate on Monday, Friday and Sunday, while Brisbane flights will run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Qantas Domestic and International ceo Andrew David said the service was "critical for residents and businesses on the island".
