Prediction - House Valuations

Everyone knows that the price of houses sold affects the valuation, and rates, of neighbouring properties.

As interest rates skyrocket, mortgagee sales become an everyday occurrence, which then starts to bring down the property prices.

I predict that the valuations that were done prior to the upcoming plummet were done with this in mind and I also predict that this assessment will stand for several years while land and house properties are sold for lesser values to ensure rates stay at a premium value.
