Prediction for Norfolk Island by Madame Dem-Kar-Du and Madame Se-Had-Nuff.

Given the recent unloading at Cascade Pier even though the sea was so calm at Kingston Pier for several days--------my prediction is this-----

---the Norfolk Island community is being conditioned to believe this is the only place to unload any ships and barges. Add this to the lack of ships available now to bring in freight thanks to the unreachable criteria imposed. And ordering a new mini barge similar to the white one we already have here - but longer and wider so it can hold containers. The area where the PTVs would be ideal to store containers. If there are no ships or barges coming here the community will take whatever they can get especially when food is scarce and gets still more expensive.

This will make it easier to convince everyone roll on roll off is the best way and pave the way for containerization.
