- Police want to remind all road users to share the road;
- Cyclists are entitled to use the road and the Police are asking motorists to give them plenty of room when they pass them and to please slow down;
- Police are also reminding cyclists that they should ride as far left in the lane as is safe and to ride in single file so they do not block the lane;
- There have been reports of vehicles being taken from the airport for joyrides and also of petrol being syphoned;
- If you have to leave your vehicle at the airport please lock it and secure the fuel cap if possible;
- There has been a reduction in motorcyclists riding dangerously and it is very noticeable and the Police would like to thank the community.
