Please Explain

We now have some new you-beaut Container Transfer Vessels (CTVs) Please explain how we are going to prevent unwanted nasties coming onto the island when there is nowhere to fumigate them once they have landed. Instead of concentrating on containerisation, should we not be erecting a structure at Cascade Pier or thereabouts, that will enable us to preserve our fragile environment. We don't need any of the bugs from Australia, we have enough of own thanks - and most of them actually belong here!
