Please explain why it is that the charge for backloaded rubbish is exactly the same as freight coming in. The ship is going back anyway, so there should be some kind of reduction. That's how it works in the real world.

How is it that 'going green' costs almost a quarter of a million dollars for a load back. Who pays and into whose pocket?
