Please Explain

Please explain why Australian convict songs were broadcast on the radio on our Bounty Day. This is hardly culturally appropriate. These songs would have been specifically chosen in a playlist for Monday, so why be so insensitive to the people of Norfolk Island and their tradition, history and culture?
