Please Explain

Could someone tell me why it is that real estate agents are allowed to sell Norfolk Island as a holiday home purchase? Do they mention the scarcity of water in Summer, no air con, no Bunnings, sometimes food shortages and mail...well, thats just a tired old joke.

Please explain why it is that we are restricted to abiding by rules for our insurance, but the Real Estate Fair Trading doesn't exist. It's patently obvious that someone is rubbing their hands together knowing that it doesn't matter if the new owners find living on an island difficult, they will just collect another commission
