News from Lions Club

The Lions Club of Norfolk Island provided a BBQ on the Saturday the Assistant Minister Nola Marino was visiting a week or so ago. Five ladies cooked and served the public at the Bi-Centenial Centre where Ms Marino was opening the current project to upgrade the Centre. Many hands make light work and soon everyone attending was fed and watered. 

The ladies got lots of praise for the Steak and Sausage Sandwiches, many lining up for another! Donations to the Lions were also given by many visitors to the island. A lovely morning - thankyou everyone!
