New Tours for Pinetree Tour

Pinetree Tours are extremely excited to present to you, three new exciting tours.

We have wanted to present something new to Norfolk Island and have been working hard to bring some new tours to the market. While Covid put a bit of a dampener on our plans, it gave us the opportunity to really work on some of the concepts we had in mind, and nurture them into fruition, so we are very excited to be able to present these new tours to you. All coming to the market in the next few months, we hope these enhance your holiday on Norfolk Island, and give you a bit more of a glimpse into the Island’s people and its history.

The Women of Norfolk Tour: Join us as we learn about the captivating stories of Norfolk Island's exceptional women who have played a pivotal role and helped shape its history. We trace the remarkable journeys of Olivia Gascoigne, who faced an imminent death sentence, Aunt Selina Buffet, a woman of enduring influence with an award bearing her name, Marie Bailey, a key figure in Norfolk Island's tourism industry, and Colleen McCullough, celebrated for her literary accomplishments and fervent advocacy for Norfolk Island. Walk in the footsteps of these extraordinary women who have triumphed over adversity and significantly shaped our beloved Norfolk community.

The Bounty Story: When we acquired Pinetree Tours in 2020, it was our aim to bring The Mutiny on The Bounty show back to life. Despite the challenges and delays caused by Covid, we've persevered, and we're thrilled to announce that 'The Bounty Story' is nearly here! It will transport you into the captivating tale of the Mutiny on the Bounty, and promises to leave you astounded. We’re counting down the days until we can unveil it to you!

Barney Duffy BBQ: If you've ever joined our Wonderland by Night tour, you’ll know that at the end of the evening we come together in 'the shed' for a warm cuppa and biscuits. Many have praised the setting and the intriguing artifacts in the building. Inspired by your feedback, we've decided to enhance your evening by offering the Barney Duffy BBQ. Legend has it that Barney Duffy, an escaped convict, cast a curse on the soldiers who recaptured him. Throughout your Wonderland adventure, you'll hear more about him and might even catch a glimpse of him lurking in the forest. Say goodbye to the hassle of finding dinner before the tour – now, you can enjoy a complete package with the Barney Duffy BBQ & Wonderland by Night.
