In the Court of Petty Sessions last week

A female pled guilty to driving while intoxicated. She had a conviction recorded, was fined $1200 and had her licence cancelled for 18 months.

A male pled guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was given 120 hours of community service and had no conviction recorded.
