Transam Argosy is part of the Neptune Pacific Direct Line (NPDL) group which includes a network of shipping agencies throughout the South Pacific. Neptune Pacific Direct Line (NPDL) is experiencing a period of significant transformation. We're searching for a passionate and energetic Agency Manager to take the helm of our Norfolk Island operations! In this pivotal role, you'll not only lead and drive the success of the Norfolk Island entity but also collaborate closely with our Country Manager, Australia (CM) to oversee and optimize the daily operations across multiple agencies.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Norfolk Island requiring occasional travel to the Pacific islands. As you have worked in shipping in the past, you will know a level of flexibility is required at times to work extended hours including weekends, public holidays, etc. In return we offer a challenging and stimulating environment.
