Fun Over 50 visit Norfolk Island

We were thrilled to welcome back Judith Gudyer leading the first Fun Over 50’s group for 2023. Christan, Cici and all at Norfolk Island Travel Centre value the long standing relationship we have with Fun Over 50’s who have been bringing visitors to the Island for many years.

From their accommodation at Paradise Hotel the group of twenty-one have had a busy week seeing and doing all that Norfolk island has to offer. Not long after arriving last Saturday everyone got into the mood for a week of fun at Night As a Convict, then the next morning gained an overview of the island’s history, heritage and culture on a Half Day Island Tour.

During the week a number of tours have been enjoyed including Island Adventure 4WD, Hilli Goat tour, Convict Settlement Tour, Pitcairn Settlers Village, Breakfast Bushwalk, the Glass Bottom Boat, the Music Valley Tour and Cyclorama. Each evening everyone has been able to sample local wetls and entertainment on a Progressive Dinner, Island Fish Fry, Wonderland at Night and meals at The Garden Restaurant at Paradise Hotel.

As Judith and all the Fun Over 50’s group return to Brisbane today, from all of us at Norfolk Island Travel Centre we thank you for travelling to our Island home and wish you a safe journey home.
