Down Town Incident - Man refused Bail

A 61 year old male person from Norfolk Island is in custody following an incident at the Council registry on Tuesday 27 September 2022.

The man was taken into custody a short time later has been charged with threatening to act with intent to cause public alarm. He was bail refused at Norfolk Police Station and a subsequent bail hearing has been adjourned until Tuesday 4^th October 2022.

The male remains in Police custody.
