Cruise Ship Azamara Pursuit Due Thursday 23 January 2025

This week the second cruise ship for the year is due to arrive on Norfolk Island on Thursday 23 January 2025. The Azamara Pursuit is on a 14-day cruise starting in Auckland New Zealand cruising to Norfolk Island then returning to New Zealand and many ports around the North and South Island.

The Azamara Pursuit was built in 2001 and sails under the flag of Malta and is a Azamara Cruises cruise liner. The former names of this cruise ship are Adonia, Royal Princess, Minerva II, R8. The ship has the capacity for 670 to 777 passengers with 375 crew. The vessel is 180m length, Beam 24m, draught of 5.6m and 30,277 tones with a cruising speed of 18knots.

The last cruise ship was at the beginning of January, the Silver Nova visited on Thursday 2 January 2025, with 673 passengers disembarking at Cascade Pier.

Azamara Cruises is due on Norfolk Island this week Thursday 23 January 2025. Departing Auckland 20 January on a 14-day voyage of New Zealand and Norfolk Island.
