Amazon Australia Cancels service to Norfolk Island

We have taken the difficult decision to discontinue our Prime delivery service to certain remote island postcodes in Australia from 2nd May 2023, which includes your primary delivery address.

Items sold or shipped by Amazon Australia as well as items sold and shipped by Global Store sellers (including Amazon US and Amazon UK) will no longer be available for delivery to your address. Orders you have set up through Subscribe & Save will also cease.

There will be no change to your other Prime benefits such as Prime Video and Amazon Music.

We know this may be disappointing, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are offering full refunds for the most recent billing period for any member that wants to cancel. Simply email us at AmazonAuPrimeEmail@amazon.comto cancel and receive a full refund. If you choose not to cancel your membership, it will automatically renew on the next billing cycle.
