Norfolk Island Set To Jazz It Up In 2018

Friday, August 24, 2018

December’s Norfolk Island Jazzes It Up! really looks like the Island is set to once again host a brilliant week of jazz. New Zealand’s Andrew London Quartet, Noosa’s The Jazz Factory, Brisbane’s Jazz 4 You and Melbourne’s Stephenson’s Rockets are among the line-up.

If you’ve previously travelled for Norfolk’s jazz festival then you’ll be well aware of the fabulous concert locations, dinners and lunch that are included in the Jazz Pack. We highly recommend purchasing a Jazz Pack as it guarantees reserved seating at all concerts including: the Official Opening Concert; a dinner performance Under the Banyan Tree; at Emily Bay’s lunch performance; and the final Evening Party with the Stars Concert.  You’ll also go home with a souvenir programme and gift bag.

Norfolk Island Travel Centre have a great selection of accommodation choices that are detailed in our Information Pack, however if you have a favourite place to stay please that’s not listed let us know and we’ll make sure you don’t miss out by making your reservation. Our Holiday Packages wrap up your return airfares, accommodation, car hire and more. Please contact Christan Davies to receive an Information Pack with full Holiday Package inclusions and accommodation choices at christan@travelcentre.nfor on 1800 1400 66.

Norfolk Island is really set to Jazz It Up! this December and we’d love you to be here for the fun.

Time lock in your 2019 3D Archery Holiday

Friday, August 10, 2018

Norfolk Island Travel Centre are very pleased to advise that Holiday Packages to bring archers and their fellow Club members to the 2019 Norfolk Island Travel Centre Archery Championships are now in place.

This week presents as a wonderful winter’s holiday. Norfolk is an incredibly safe, easy and friendly destination – and you really will receive the warmest welcome from Archery Norfolk Island members. Members who represented Norfolk at the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games have many stories to tell including competing against England and ranking around the middle of the field – not bad for a small South Pacific Island Club!

And the good news from the Club is that they’re extending their facilities from a 12 to 24 target FITA field. Match this with the variety of terrain available on their course and the Club really can boast having exceptional facilities.

Family or Club groups of 10+ can be eligible for accommodation benefits including one person staying for free! Please contact Helen Reeves on 1800 1400 66 or by email for conditions as well as a detailed Information Pack with accommodation and flight options.

Check out this fantastic video put together by Archery Norfolk Island member Jonno Snell after this year’s event highlighting what a fantastic family-friendly event this is

Lock in your Club’s 2019 Archery Holiday by reserving your place at the Norfolk Island Archery Championships – we’d love to see you here!
