Poinciana Cottages is celebrating its tenth birthday in October. We would love you to help us celebrate. We will be offering our guests two free nights between now and the end of January 2011. If you are a return guest a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates as well, so make sure you let us know.

Poinciana Cottages is a peaceful retreat on the edge of town, down a country lane, with rolling valley and mountain views, as well as leafy tropical gardens with BBQ facilities.

Poinciana is less than ten minutes drive from the crystal clear waters of Emily Bay, or a round of golf, a walk around the historic Kingston area or a game of tennis. You may prefer a leisurely stroll around the Burnt Pine shopping area, a short walk from the cottages, where shops offer visitors great bargains on imported goods. A vehicle is included for your convenience and you are provided with your own private parking with easy access to your cottage.

There are five separate cottages, all rated four and a half stars by AAA rating. Lavender, Daisy, Rose, Azalea and Gardenia Cottages all guarantee guests complete privacy, boasting modern design and décor, and full facilities for you to unpack, relax and unwind.

The cottages are fully self contained with comfortable king size beds or king single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a separate bathroom and laundry with full laundry facilities.

Kitchens have full cooking facilities, including convection microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery etc..and leisure facilities include cable TV, video, direct dial telephones, beach towels, picnic blanket, wine cooler, thermos, esky, picnic baskets....in fact, all you need for a relaxing, rejuvenating and carefree holiday.

Units are serviced weekly, and full quality linen is provided. Children are welcome and cots are available on request.
